"MARY!"
O Jesu, when with anguished heart,
I see my best loved hopes depart;
When doubts the light of heaven obscure
And, blinded, I can scarce endure,
Then, speak my name,—the scales shall fall,
"Rabboni!" faith restored shall call.
I see my best loved hopes depart;
When doubts the light of heaven obscure
And, blinded, I can scarce endure,
Then, speak my name,—the scales shall fall,
"Rabboni!" faith restored shall call.
