APRIL
Fickle April, who her whole heart denies
To suitors both—the gloomy and the gay,
Encouraged by Earth's half-averted eyes—
Constant but in inconstancy—doth play
With their devotion as with worthless toy,
And strange! this her attraction and their joy!

Encouraged by Earth's half-averted eyes—
Constant but in inconstancy—doth play
With their devotion as with worthless toy,
And strange! this her attraction and their joy!
