UNDER THE SNOW-DRIFTS.
Under the snow-drifts the blossoms are sleeping,Dreaming their dreams of sunshine and June;Down in the hush of their quiet they 're keepingTrills from the throstle's wild summer-sung tune.
Under the snow-drifts what blossoms are sleeping,Never to waken with sunshine or June!Do they dream dreams of the eyes that are weeping,Under the snow-drifts, by midnight and noon?
