Joseph Lowe. Joseph Lowe, a former longtime Rye resident, died Monday at Cape Cod Hospital, Hyannis, Massachusetts. A resident of Friendship Lane, Brewster, Massachusetts, he was 75. Son of the late Ira and Anna Lindauer Lowe, he was born in New York City on September 9, 1903. His wife, Mary Friese Lowe, predeceased him in 1972. He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Blanche Wahl Testerman of Coronado, California, and a niece and nephew.
