There appear to be some additional Statutes that are not mentioned in the HMSO List ( because they had ceased to be in effect when the Short titles were conffered).

The additonal Statutes are :

• 51 Hen3. - The Statute of common Days in Bank
• 51 Hen3. - The Statute concening common days in a Writ of Dower
• 51 Hen3. - The Statute of the Distresses in the Exchequer.
• 51 Hen3. - The Statute of the Exchequer
• 51 Hen3. - The Statute of the Pillory an Tumbrel.

• 52 Hen3. The Award made between the King and his Commons at Knewlworth.
• 52 Hen3. - The Sentence of Curse Given by the Bishops, against the breakers of the Great Charter.
