[ Republic Act No. 27 ]

AN ACT TO REPEAL ACT NUMBERED TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-SEVEN, AS AMENDED BY ACTS NUMBERED TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED AND ONE, THREE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND FORTY-THREE, AND FOUR THOUSAND AND NINETY-SIX.


Section 1.

Act Numbered Two thousand two hundred and eighty-seven, entitled, "An Act prohibiting the sale of intoxicating liquors, with certain exceptions, in the Mountain Province, Nueva Vizcaya, and Agusan, except in certain districts," as amended by Acts Numbered Two thousand three hundred and one, Three thousand eight hundred and forty-three, and Four thousand and ninety-six, is hereby repealed.

Section 2.

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
