APPENDIX "A"
2:15 p.m. You will arrive at the new HUD building and be met by Secretary George Romney. He will escort you to his office where you will meet with key new appointees of HUD.

Secretary Romney will then escort you from his office to the Departmental Conference Room on the same floor where you will address approximately 200 top HUD officials.
Upon arrival in the Departmental Conference Room the Secretary will escort you to the podium, where a single stand-up microphone will be provided.
You will be introduced by Secretary Romney (he will remain seated on the platform). It is expected that you will speak for 10 - 15 minutes.
