FRANCIS ALEXANDER HALLIDAY, Esq.

Was made a lieutenant in 1801, and commander Aug. 29th, 1808. He lost the Ferret sloop, near Leith, in 1812; and died at Caen, in Normandy, July 25th, 1830.
