PATRICK DUFF HENRY HAY, Esq.
[Commander.]
Was made a lieutenant on the 31st July, 1812; appointed to the Ramillies 74, Captain (now Sir Thomas M.) Hardy, Oct. 3d following; and advanced to the rank of commander Aug. 31 St, 1815. He commissioned the Redpole sloop in Nov. 1820; and was removed from that vessel to the Medina, on the Mediterranean station, Dec. 13th, 1821.
