THOMAS VIVION, Esq.
[Commander.]

Son of the late Mr. Thomas Vivion, the senior purser in H.M. navy.

This officer was made a lieutenant in 1794; and commander, while serving as first of the Royal Sovereign 110, in Oct. 1810.
