ROBERT WALKER, Esq.
[Commander.]
Obtained a lieutenant’s commission on the 30th Dec. 1808. He served as second of the Piedmontaise frigate. Captain Charles Foote, at the capture of Banda Neira, and on that occasion was “among the foremost in the escalade[1].” His advancement to the rank of commander took place Dec. 8th, 1813.
