Secaucus Tract in New Hands.

A deed was recorded in the Hudson County Register's office yesterday which conveys the ownership of 296 acres of land in Secaucus from the Abel I. Smith estate to the B. M. Shanley's Sons' Company of Newark and the H. S. Korbaugh Company of West Virginia. The land is on both sides of the Secaucus Road, and between the Paterson Plank Road on the north, the Penn Horn Creek on the east, the lands of S.Jacobs on the south, and the old Secaucus race track on the west. It is partly meadow and partly upland. The price was $255,000.
