To repeal sections 150 and 151 of and the Schedule to the South Africa Act, 1909.

Be it enacted by the State President, the Senate and the House of Assembly of the Republic of South Africa, as follows:―


Repeal of sections 150 and 151 of and the Schedule to the South Africa Act, 1909.

1. Sections 150 and 151 of and the Schedule to the South Africa Act, 1909, are hereby repealed.


Short title.

2. This Act shall be called the South Africa Act Amendment Act, 1969.
