Typography

Looking at the sources in Page space, there are some apparent spacing inconsistencies in the printed source: whether to insert a space after Δ and either side of · (middot). I think those were introduced by the typesetter to help with right justification, as some of the examples have no space. I plan to go through and make them consistent soon.

Also, after using bullet for the center dot for a while, I think middot is more appropriate for a chemical formula, so I'll fix those too.
