The hyphenation present in the current version of A Prayer in Spring represents a minor amalgamation of the original 1913 version and versions in later collected works. Here, "today" in S1 L1 and "mid air" in S3 L4 are both unhyphenated. In the original 1913 version, "to-day" was hyphenated, but "mid air" was unhyphenated. In later versions included in collections, "today" was unhyphenated, but "mid-air" was hyphenated. Labombarde (talk) 01:09, 27 November 2009 (UTC)
