Move to top level

This work is a specific work in its own right, and should be at the top level of the main namespace, not subsidiary to the original work. I would suggest something like Alice's Adventures in Wonderland (illus. Robinson). Agree, but what about by year. I keep avoiding doing this one, though it is one of the best editions, there will be a couple of issues with the illumination around some text :( Cygnis insignis (talk) 19:43, 30 May 2010 (UTC)

The point of difference is the illustrator, so I was following the design features proposed for translators. How about Alice's Adventures in Wonderland (1907, illus. Robinson). @Billinghurst: This is an old discussion, but Lewis Carroll died in 1898, and IIRC British law was life+7 at the time, so Alice became PD-UK in 1906. Tenniel was still alive, so the illustrations did not join them at the time; thus a host of new British editions came out 1906-1907 with new illustrations. I missed some of the context, but I still think it should be named by illustrator, not year (or at least not just year), given that we know of several editions we might like to host that appeared that year.--Prosfilaes (talk) 22:52, 12 February 2018 (UTC)
