Notes: The President spoke at 1:44 p.m. at Oslo City Hall. In his remarks, he referred to King Harald V, Queen Sonja, Crown Prince Haakon, and Crown Princess Mette-Marit of Norway; former President Nelson R. Mandela of South Africa; President Dmitry A. Medvedev of Russia; Aung Sang Suu Kyi, leader of the National League for Democracy in Burma; and former President Lech Walesa of Poland.

The Office of the Press Secretary also released a Spanish language transcript of these remarks.
