It is really not appropriate to use words like "congregation" and "priests" (to give a few examples) as they are closely linked to Christianity and its terminology. The "congregation" in Buddhism has always been termed "sangha", and "priests" in this case may be translated either as "bhikkhus" or simply "monks".
