- The translation was made by the literature department of the German Ev. Lutheran Synod of Missouri, Ohio, and other states before 1921. This body is now known as Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod, although F. Bente was the editor.--Drboisclair 19:08, 20 July 2007 (UTC)
