Proper title

This should properly be titled "1995 Constitution of Ethiopia", since Ethiopia has had 4 of them: two promulgated by Haile Sellassie, the first in 1931 & the second in 1955; one by the Derg in 1987; & this one. English translations of the first 2 can be found as appendices in Margery Perham's The Government of Ethiopia; I don't remember where a translation of the 1987 one can be found.
