Invalidated term limits amendment

[edit]

The proposed congressional term limits amendment, Art. VIII, §§ 15 – 22, has been invalidated by federal courts for violating certain provisions of the U.S. Constitution. Should this be noted? And if so, how? Jrquinlisk (talk) 04:24, 24 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

What version is this?

[edit]

As previously noted, this version includes outdated provisions -- it also does not include the most recent amendments as of 2018. This article ought to be converted to a scan-backed version that specifies the date it was nominally valid, as this document is not the 1945 version proper, nor is it a completely updated version.
