Source: | From General Orders by United States War Department, General Orders, No. 145, August 26, 1905. Some further information on the order is in a United States Military Reservations book, page 250. Minnie A. Paeske may have deeded it back in 1908; per page 251. The book Presidential Executive Orders: Numbered Series (1862-1938), page 34, (and presumably looking at the recommendation) says the parcel was "erroneously included in the reservation and previously patented to Minnie A. Paeske". |
