Provenance and reliability

What is the provenance and reliability of this English version? History shows it being created in essentially its current form on 05:55, 13 May 2004‎ by User:PaulinSaudi (t, c) with all of the user links red.

This isn't just the volunteer translation of some defunct Wiki editor whom we can no longer contact, is it? Mathglot (talk) 02:19, 24 October 2015 (UTC)
