I have made two fixes to this page. I recognize that the original importer numbered both endnotes as "1" because that's how they were numbered in the original version. It's possible that the orignal importer wanted to keep this as an exact replica of the original. However, the spirit of the GPL is to fix this problems, not propagate them.

I have a little info on the endnote numbering problem. The text of the endnote explains that the endnote was added after the first printing. When the author added this endnote, he forgot to include a closing HTML tag. I reported this to him (see the errata on http://www.faifzilla.org/errors.html), but I guess his fix wasn't perfect. I'm sure he'll eventually renumber the endnotes. In the meantime, we can be content that the power of the wiki has allowed our version to be fixed faster than his version.
