Notes: | January 28, 2013. WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Chairman and Ranking Member of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, Reps. Darrell E. Issa and Elijah E. Cummings, wrote a joint letter to Attorney General Eric H. Holder, Jr. requesting a briefing about the decisions by federal prosecutors to bring criminal charges in 2011 and 2012 against Internet activist Aaron Swartz.
