Talk:Joint Communiqué on the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations

I think this page should be moved to "Joint Communique on the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations Between the People's Republic of China and the United States of America" As it stands, the title does not make much sense....it could refer to the establishment of diplomatic relations between any two countries.
