Notes and references

The notes and references are marked up as per Talk:Scheme: An Interpreter for Extended Lambda Calculus#Reference formatting.

However, some notes also cite references. While this is no problem when viewing the notes directly (f.e. page 30), it fails when the notes themselves are transcluded (f.e. page 1). The problem does not seem to be with the <ref> nesting itself, but the (labeled section) transclusion: the <ref> tags don't survive it.

Fixing it probably involves making LST and Cite.php more compatible; i'm not sure if there's any workaround aside from copy-pasting the note references.
