This text has been compared to the text of the posthumous edition (Lapsus Calami and Other Verses at Google Books) and the following differences noted:

  • The line "And at which she will shortly be seen:" reads "At which she will shortly be seen:"
  • The word "two" is capitalized in the line "Get that body down, two!"
  • There is a note to the effect that in the third line from the end the words "Oscar Browning" were originally "Our Proctor" and in the next line "gown" was originally "bands". S0208 (talk) 04:12, 21 March 2015 (UTC)Reply
