I think the complete interview should be shown here and not just excerpts. Sources should be quoted in full, not just in excerpts. I found a facsimile of the original article in the digitalised version of the 2nd volume of Bernhard von Bülows memoirs who was Reich Chancellor at the time and deeply involved in the affair. From this I managed to extract the full text by OCR, and if so desired and if no other reasons are found against it I can provide the full text for the article.
