Hi, I am writing here because I am reviewing a case that I am handling pro se on appeal and in the opposing side statement of jurisdiction, they have listed this article 10 section 5 of the Louisiana Constitution of 1974 as there statement of jurisdiction. My understanding of this article has nothing to do with jurisdiction as I see this as a threat to the court. I just want to read what other have to say if anything in reference to this article of the constitution being used as a statement of jurisdiction unsigned comment by 74.170.220.85 (talk) 09:23, 15 February 2008.
