Talk:Louisiana State Constitution (1974)/Part 6

Hi, I am writing here because I am reviewing a case that I am handling pro se on appeal and in the opposing side statement of jurisdiction, they have listed this article 10 section 5 of the Louisiana Constitution of 1974 as there statement of jurisdiction. My understanding of this article has nothing to do with jurisdiction as I see this as a threat to the court.
