I write to you to ask you for permission to copy documents available on http://www.anc.org.za, in the wikisource.

The wikisource is a multilingual web with the GFDL license (http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/fdl.html) of its contents.

You can see for example this speech of Nelson Mandela:
http://en.wikisource.org/wiki/Nelson_Mandela%27s_address_on_his_release_from_prison. It has no source specified, and perhaps copyrigth is being vulnerated, so in a short time it will be deleted.

Can "we" copy the speeches in the wikisource webs?
