The typography of this article could not be fully reproduced within the constraints of wiki math facilities:

  • The "letters of another type" on pp. 393-400 were printed in a less-cursive and slightly bolder italic font. In this edition they are only distinguished as bold ( instead of ), so these pages should be read with care.
  • on pp. 408-410 a Greek letter Omega has been used in place of the ascending node symbol .
  • similarly on pp. 410-411 a Greek letter Upsilon has been used in place of the "First Point of Aries" symbol .
