Not sure if you're aware or not but nearly all Presidential Proclamations can be found re-printed in the Statues at Large volume for the year they were issued in. Most of the early volumes (up to 1927) have been scanned and uploaded so far but not edited. This Proclamation has a bunch of images (Figures) in it. Is there a way to pull them out of the scans?
