They are written statements released by the Committee for Advice and Reform, based in the United Kingdom, aimed at tearing down public support for the Saudi family; ostensibly directed towards international expatriates, though a few are specifically targeted at Saudi security forces and such. I generally don't throw on the copyright information tags and such until I'm done typing out the text (by hand, give me a barnstar or eight!), so I can keep track of which texts are "finished" and which are not.
