Glad to see this here. Excited to see its not done. Thanks for the start, IP. Now a question.
Q. Under which permissions can I follow Billinghurst?
A1. If I follow my own preference I hurt monetary policy and today's "Christian Science" e-book sales. If I follow copyright notices without begging permission I hurt "ancient" Christian Science. If I do nothing, it seems I hurt myself.
A2. Write a world shaking proposal to info@chrisianscience.com.
A3. Get a music-stand, and type it in. The book ain't copyrighted, while the web-site is. Cpiral (talk) 09:16, 21 July 2014 (UTC)Reply
A4. Follow the "usual" procedure: I downloaded a 1906 edition of the book in djvu format from archive.org and uploaded it to Wikimedia Commons. It is now the kernal of a development project. I'm leaving out the line numbers. Library Guy (talk) 18:43, 23 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
