Something published in 1984 is unlikely to be available, however, the editor's sources for that edition could be obtained very easily. I'd be willing to set it up, and show where to look for a scan, we could eliminate any errors in later editions and it is more convenient than users sending each other images; which is still no use to the reader. cygnis insignis 14:29, 25 October 2010 (UTC)Reply
The sources they give should be a good start, you might browse through the openlibrary site - it usually sorts results by "read online". I'm happy to set up whatever you find. Does the text have underscores, btw? cygnis insignis 14:59, 25 October 2010 (UTC)Reply
They reproduce original sheet music held in various collections, mainly The Raymond Mander & Joe Mitchenson Theatre Collection. This collection is not online.--Longfellow (talk) 21:17, 25 October 2010 (UTC)Reply
