Free audio files for The Blue Fairy Book can be found and downloaded in MP3 and OGG formats at: http://librivox.org/the-blue-fairy-book-by-andrew-lang/ . This tip is a contribution from Alexandre P Ramos who believes that hearing the stories while reading them (or not) can help ESL English students improve their pronunciation skills.
- And I agree. I have also seen in Librivox the The Red Fairy Book. Good work --Diamondland (talk) 07:41, 21 March 2013 (UTC)

sources for images
[edit]I presume that the Gutenberg text has been moved to the scan, I restored the text info for the page to note that is what happened. The source for this index (bluefairybook00libg) seems to be a reupload of Internet Archive identifier: bluefairybook00langiala, compressed or something, the original yielding better results for images, eg. Aladdin.

My attempts for the png files are pretty crude, but the source at IA is less jaggy and murky.
Also, for future improvement, there is an edition in two volumes, with new[?] color plates, but I only see vol 1 Internet Archive identifier: bluefairybooklang. Cygnis insignis (talk) 02:17, 29 October 2021 (UTC)
