[edit]I have done a bit of digging, but cant find any clear copyright tag for this. The written speech, which differs from the oral speech by Marshall, was aired on BCC[1] and appears to have been widely disseminated, but I dont think that constitutes legally published, so {{PD-US-no-notice}} isnt applicable here. And I dont know that {{PD-USGov}} extends to speeches like this. John Vandenberg 13:33, 15 August 2007 (UTC)
