Add topicWilkie Collins or his editors seemed to be fond of using small caps in his text. There is one case of small caps in the prologue, and I've used regular caps in its place. It might be more appropriate to use bold or perhaps simply capitalize the words that have been previously published in small caps. Any opinions on this?
