Speech title proposal
[edit]This isn't a commonly cited speech, and I haven't seen it published under a particular title. I'd suggest a different shorter title since the current one, "Address on the Twenty-Third Anniversary of Abolition of Slavery in the District of Columbia", is long. I propose the title become "Soul of a Nation" since it's a common theme near the end of the speech. --Ashawley (talk) 04:27, 31 March 2021 (UTC)
