Ok, the basic text is finished, only thing left are the tables... now im not great with tables, so if anyone else ann format them it would be great. --CGorman 22:27, 10 Sep 2004 (UTC)

This text is 2134 kilobytes long, which is much too large, and a breakup in subpages is definitely needed. To many people, pages this large takes an eternity to open - if the browser doesn't crash in the process. I may look at the tables some day, presently the page size is a more urgent problem. I have now formatted the tables, hopefully to your satisfaction. If not, then please do tell so they can be corrected. The only tables I haven't formattet are those in Chapter 11: Of the Rent of Land - I cannot format those unless somebody supplies their content. Christian S 15:57, 23 Sep 2004 (UTC)

The last edition published during the author's lifetime was the 5th edition in 1789. Volume 2 (of 3) is here -- Internet Archive identifier: aninquiryintona00conggoog. I don't see the other two 5th edition volumes on Internet Archive, but according to w:The Wealth of Nations (note #4), Google books has the 3-volume set. The drawback is that the original uses long s, making it difficult to transcribe and read. There are a lot of "editions" of this work out there. It looks like the version here might come from Library of Economics and Liberty[1], 1904. Outlier59 (talk) 12:01, 1 August 2016 (UTC)
