| Notes: | Always amused to find this account online complete with my spelling mistakes and even the last line "This is all that I have typed from the manuscript so far I will add to it as and when I have time."; which is as I left it on a private page years (circa 2000) ago. I have a photo copy of the complete manuscript and will one day retrieve it and transcribe it in full. Until that time this must be considered a draft transcription. Chris Harris, Feb 2020. |
