Presentation of the document
[edit]- A letter to all postmaster of Scotland by Edward S. Lees, then Secretary to Post-office of Scotland[1], sent in April 1840, explaining the introduction of the postage stamps (adhesive labels) and of the Mulready stationery (stamped covers and envelopes) on May 1840.
