Talk:United Nations Security Council Resolution 1441

I recall reading a report that in debate on this resolution the Russian delegation made it clear that, although they were voting for it, they did not interpret the words "serious consequences" as implying the use of force. I should like to check this, as it is important in judging the US claim that this resolution justified its invasion. Does anyone know if it is possible to see a record of the debate?
