Is it just me, or did someone put this up without any content? I'm fond of the colour maroon, certainly, but most people generally come to a page to read more than the table of contents.

The US Code is a little large upload the full content at once. But if it is uploaded piecemeal, every uploader seems to use a slightly different sytle of title. Putting pages up with only headers and links, while not the end goal, at least helps everyone upload the content under the same format.--BirgitteSB 19:12, 18 April 2007 (UTC)
