- I thought every book had to have a scan, so it could be verified by other editors. How do you know that project gutenberg is a correct transcription in all respects? Mattisse (talk) 21:59, 24 September 2010 (UTC)
- Not every book has to have a scan...some books do not have scans available. Having scans has become the preferred method, but it is not yet required for the text to be included in Wikisource.
