Usage

This template exists to create a small amount of padding (slightly narrower than a standard space) between a double quotation mark and an apostrophe. E.g.:

“’Im? Nawthin’.”

The .2em width is enough for the reader to see how “ divides from ’, but narrow enough that they're not distracted.
