This template is intended to create a link from a page in Wikisource (eg. author or portal page) to an article in the The American Review: A Whig Journal of Politics, Literature, Art, and Science.
Usage

Parameters
[edit]- title: The title of the article.
- vol: The number of the volume in which the article can be found. Do not include leading zeroes. e.g. "2"
- fullvolume: The full subpage name of the volume, including the word "volume" and any leading zeroes. e.g. "Volume 02"
- date: The month and year of the issue in which the article can be found. e.g. "December 1845"
- author: (optional) The name of the author of the article. Do not include the namespace.
Unnamed parameters
[edit]The template will function without named parameters, as long as they are entered in this order:
- title
- vol
- date
