This template is the header for entries from the Dictionary of National Biography, 1901 supplement or Dictionary of National Biography, 1912 supplement.

Usage

Blank fields:

Parameter	Comment
article	Entry name, without the (DNB27) disambiguator.
previous	Name of the previous entry, without the (DNB27) disambiguator. Automatically links to the entry.
next	Name of the next entry, without the (DNB27) disambiguator. Automatically links to the entry.
overprev	Overwrites the previous parameter. Should be in the form: [[wikilink]].
overnext	Overwrites the next parameter. Should be in the form: [[wikilink]].
volume	Two-digit volume number from which the entry is taken, 01 through 03. Leaving this field blank places the entry in the maintenance category DNB no volume.
contributor	Name of the contributor, without the Author: prefix. Automatically links to the author's page. Leaving this field blank places the entry in the maintenance category DNB no contributor.
wikipedia	Name of the corresponding entry on the English language Wikipedia. Automatically takes its data from Wikidata item and links to the Wikipedia entry where present. Absence of Wikipedia article places the entry in the maintenance category DNB No WP.
extra_notes	Further relevant notes.
