Template:Dropped illuminated initial/doc

Template for illuminated dropped initials. Will eventually subst all of this.

(also has does what {{idi}} does)

Only first set adds a border, 2 and 3 don't.

Image set is taken from Poems (Allen), I've also found it in other books (which is why this template exists) but I don't have the complete set yet.

It was used by Ticknor and Fields or Welch, Bigelow & Co in (at least) the 1860s.
